General Rental Info
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am until 4:30 pm.
Returns After Hours:
Returns after hours are not permitted.
Insurance & drivers license:
Customer must provide a current insurance card for the vehicle pulling the trailer. Towing vehicle registration & insurance card must be in the name of person signing rental agreement customer must supply a current drivers license. Customer must be at least 18 years old.
Towing Vehicle:
Towing vehicle must be of proper size, have proper hitch and light plug. If trailer has electric brakes the tow vehicle must have a working brake controller. Drawbars, tie-down straps, hitch pins and other items that may be needed for your trailer are available for rent.
Accidents:
First call police, then notify your insurance provider, then notify APC at 888-574-1968.
Theft:
If trailer is stolen. Notify police then call APC at 888-574-1968.
Rental Policies
Daily Rate:
Daily rate is 24 hours, (30 minute grace period) if returned after grace period you will be charged an additional day's rent.
Weekly Rate:
7 days for the price of 5! Weekly rate is for 7 days. Monday through monday if not returned by the 7th day you will be charged an additional day for every day you are past the weekly rate, at the daily rental rate.
Weekend Rate:
Weekend rate 2 1/2 days. Pick up unit friday after 3:00 pm and return on monday before 9:00 am if unit is returned after 9:00 am you will be charged an additional day's rent.
Monthly Rate:
Monthly rate is for 28 days; pick up unit by 9:00 am on first day and return by 9:00 am on the 29th day. If not returned by the 29th day you will be charged an additional day for every day you are past the monthly rate, at the daily rental rate.
Security Deposits:
A security charge of $500.00 dollars will be due at time of pick up: you may use cash or a credit card (visa, m/c, american express, or discover) we will credit your card when unit is returned and checked in with no damage. Any damages will be deducted from your security deposit. Any damage amounts over the $500.00 dollar security deposit will be added to your credit card charge. (Customer must sign a credit card authorization form).
Cleaning Charges:
Units must be returned empty, and clean, inside and out. If they are not cleaned you will be charged a minimum clean out fee of $50.00 this will be deducted from your security deposit.
Reservation Deposit and Cancellation:
APC rental department requires a $50.00 deposit to hold a reservation and a 48 hour cancellation notice. If the reservation is cancelled without 48 hour notice the deposit is non-refundable. Deposit will be credited towards rental invoice.
